Kurt is from Pleasant Valley and has been cleaning/servicing swimming pools since high school! While attending the University of Connecticut, he continued servicing pools during his summer breaks. Kurt received a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from UCONN and pursued a career in corporate fitness management. A few years later he decided to open up his own swimming pool service company. Next came "The Pool Guys" retail store in Pleasant Valley. Kurt has been in the industry now for over 30 years. Kurt and his wife Kerry live in LaGrangeville with their two boys. You can find Kerry in the store and usually one of their boys helping out!

Kerry is also from Pleasant Valley and graduated from Western Connecticut with a BS in Health Science. She worked for about 10 years at Casperkill Country Club as a fitness instructor before joining the Pool Guys. Kerry manages the Pleasant Valley store.

Lori has been with The Pool Guys for over 9 years. She handles billing and accounts receivables. Lori can also be found at the 44 store assisting customers.

Corinna has been with the Pool Guys for over 10 years. She pretty much runs the Pool Service Department. Corinna will assist you with scheduling your pool opening, pool closing, weekly maintenance and service appointments. She has also adopted a baby boy in 2020!

Cathy is at the Lagrangeville store every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She is our Spa Service Administrator. Cathy can assist in scheduling spa service appointments and hot tub sales. She is also very good at water testing, finding parts and a good conversation!

Kevin is our pool service manager. He has a lot of knowledge on pool chemistry and technology. He can be found working around the area, servicing and maintaining customer pools.

Sara joined The Pool Guys in the summer of 2021. She graduated from Hofstra University in 2018 with a B.A. in Psychology. She assists our customers with all of their pool service needs. She schedules appointments, provides quotes and answers lots of questions. If you call the Pool Service Department in Pleasant Valley, you will most likely speak with her. She helps everyone with a big smile on her face.

Alexis joined our team three years ago. She was born in Yonkers, moved to Florida and now resides in Pleasant Valley with her family. She is the mom of two boys and one girl. You can find Alexis in our Pleasant Valley location where she will greet you with a smile and assist you with parts and water testing.

Valerie has been with the Pool Guys at our Pleasant Valley locations for over three years. She is the mom of 4 boys and a daughter (Sara) who also works with us. Valerie loves assisting customers with spa sales and testing water. However, we think she loves the Grateful Dead even more.

Deke joined the Pool Guys in LaGrangeville in 2023 after working in automobile sales for over 25 years. Deke is managing the Spa Department and can be found just about every day in the summer assisting customers. He has a tremendous knowledge of spas, cars and Bourbon.

Connor joined The Pool Guys in 2023. After attending school in South Carolina and serving in the Military for six years, he is back in Dutchess County. He just purchased a home in Pleasant Valley that he is renovating. Connor is Kurt and Kerry's oldest son.

Julie has been with the Pool Guys for over 10 years. She is from Pleasant Valley and is the mom of Angela (who works in LaGrangeville with her on weekends). Julie can be found in the LaGrangeville store assisting customers with water chemistry and finding pool and spa parts for them. Julie is Kurt's older sister.
